ZC Header???
Where can I get a header for my ZC motor? I have one on it but I needed to modify it to fit and I want one that fits good. If someone could help me I would appreciate it.

and you can also use and 92-95 civic header and just port match it.

Thanks but I have a Zc header but I want a DC or something like that,
Other than the JDM one.

Why bother going after market? The ZC manifold kicks *** if you can get it. And Im still not sure I see the problem of porting one out. Is it just because you want the novelty of being able to say your header was made for the zc? Seems like a lot of money to spend or somthing thats not really going to be any better than a usdm ported header.
I thought everyone knew this - the Kamikazi crx header (4-1) fits without any porting. High quality, and not expensive. Much easier than any other option.
I think that if you saw the amount of 'porting' that needed to be done, you'd see that the US 88-91 Si header is the way to go. You can literally do the port job with a fingernail file if you need to. Honestly, with my Neuspeed N2 header, there was zero overlap of the gasket. It is VERY VERY close, and the header fits otherwise 100% perfect... no bending, cutting, mixing, matching, etc. There will be no performance or visual difference from a header built for the ZC (all other factors remainging the same) if you just spend 30 seconds per port to ever so slightly open the one side up a little.
Way back when I first got my ZC, I was the same way. I didn't like the idea of porting the header out... I wanted something that was made for it, etc etc etc. Once I broke down and bough a 91 Si header, I was kicking myself for sweating it. Its nothing.

Okay I just don't want it so I can say "I have a ZC header." I just want the header to fit right. The one I have now fits the heads just find it's going under the motor that I have problems with. It didn't fit right so I had to do a lot of modifications. I want a header that will tuck under the motor better.
we have a zc in a 89 civic hatch with a pacesetter header for 88-91 civic si - it is a 4-2-1 and fits the car real well - slight missmatch at the head but doesn't seem to be a problem - with no other engine mods except msd ignition, just went to semis at idrc race at bandimere sunday - ran 14.01 at 96+mph (altitiude corrected to sea level - 12.99 @ 103+) - all motor stock zc (even has stock intake)
for mods on car go to http://www.zcspeed.com and click on racing - site hasn't been updated for the denver race - we lightened the car some more - now weighs 1610 lbs with driver.

There is no way you ran a 14.01, especially in a hatch!
But seriously, get a USDM DC or Chikara 421 style header and your good to go. 2mm's is barely even noticeable.
Also, the stock ZC header is very similar to the stock D16Z6 (92-95 Civic EX/Si) header. I have seen dyno charts comparing the stock Civic 4-2-1 header vs. a DC 4-2-1 header - the DC header got about a 5 hp improvement.
Now my point is that your better off just buying a DC 4-2-1 header for your car, and porting it out (very minor porting job like mentioned above) instead of trying to find a full OEM ZC header (they can be found). This header will perform better than the stock ZC header, plus it's lighter and it fits just as well, no pipes hanging out too far or anything.
Even if you didn't port it out, you wouldn't notice a difference in performance.

Also, there is no way you could've ran a 14 at that altitude! I know 'cuz I'm at that same altitude!
Especialy in a ZC'd Hatch with only a header! A full I/H/E setup still wouldn't come close!
I've been to the drag strip up here, that's impossible.
