OEM 1999 Civic DX Hatch Wheel size

I can't for the life of me find the real wheel size for this car. I know its 14" but how wide and whats the offset? Thanks your help and yes I used the search function and google.

Based on the description in the Honda parts catalog, it appears to be 14x5, not 14x6:

42700-SR1-965 DISK, WHEEL (14X5J) (BLACK) (TOPY)

14x5 +45 offset 4x100 185/65-14 tires iirc
