I got a couple of questions for you guys. First off, would a zc intake manifold and throttle body fit on my 89 dx d15 engine? I already did the MPFI swap, so right now I have a Si intake manifold on it. The second question is would a SOHC VTEC head fit on my engine?

 

the D16 VTEC head wil fit, but about the ZC intake I'm not sure. All the single cam D series intake manifolds have the same pattern, so if it will bolt to any other D series single cam, then it will work on yours.

 

I don't think the ports match on teh ZC intake manifold... use a Y8, it flows better anyways...

 

yeh the zc manifold wont fit. i compared it with a crx si manifold and the coolent ports dont match. there in a different location
