need help with swap!!
well my ? is i have a built d15b2 block with z6 head w/blox intake mani..built for boost. what car would be best to throw this swap in? without having to do alot of wirring any help would be great thanks.
EG body would be best because its already OBD1 and MPFI. If you want to use an EF I would find a SI hatch or SI CRX because its already MPFI. If you use a LX/Dx chassis you will need to re-wire some things.
ok i can get a cheap crx si shell what engine harness would be best, dizzy, and what ecu do i need!! iv got a evo resistor box nd the injectors already as well how would i run them?? if the engine harness you require will need some cutting and splicing id rather pay someone to do it and have it done. im a dummy when it comes to wirring.
ok so can i use a z6 engine harness? the crx is obd0 so what all plugs will need to be switched over? the ones on the shock tower? if so is there a wire color coating to change them over ill need the write up?

Don't forget the ALMIGHTY HF CRX, ha, its already MPFI as well and a lighter car all over
You can use the Z6 engine harness, but it probably is more work than if you just used an OBD-0 MPFI harness. Then you just need to swap the Dizzy plugs, the Vtec plugs, and maybe injectors(I don't know anything about evo injectors)
If you use the Z6 harness your plugs will match, but you will need to swap the shock tower plugs which will be a pain to cut, strip, solder, and heat shrink that many wires in a small space.
What are you expecting the swap to cost?
not sure how much? i just picked up a z6 dizzy and p28 for 100 bucks even now i have to do the wiring..and its shuld fire up and be done..beside the tune also would chrome be fine? for a tune
