EG body would be best because its already OBD1 and MPFI. If you want to use an EF I would find a SI hatch or SI CRX because its already MPFI. If you use a LX/Dx chassis you will need to re-wire some things.

No matter what you do there is going to be wiring work that is needed. You have a Z6 head, you should use a Z6 dizzy. Use a P28 ECU.

No offense, but it sounds like you shouldn't be doing this project. If you are going to pay someone else to do it, ask them what is easiest for them to work with and then get those parts.

You can use the Z6 engine harness, but it probably is more work than if you just used an OBD-0 MPFI harness. Then you just need to swap the Dizzy plugs, the Vtec plugs, and maybe injectors(I don't know anything about evo injectors)

If you use the Z6 harness your plugs will match, but you will need to swap the shock tower plugs which will be a pain to cut, strip, solder, and heat shrink that many wires in a small space.

What are you expecting the swap to cost?
