Default Fuel pressure Help wanted !!

Guys, i just finished my turbo civic fuel system. and i cant lower the pressure from 70PSI. this is what the fuel rail gauge reads, it idles at 70PSI and when i give it some rpm it drops to 50ish PSI.

my mechanic did what ever he could with the aem regulator and pressure is still the same, swaped it with the stock b16 regulator again same, even swapped the fuel rails. swapped my 1000cc injectors to 650cc and still the same. i Cant seem to find how to lower the pressure.

Fuel setup:

External walbro 255 fuel pump
-6 line
High flow fuel filter
golden eagle fuel rail
AEM fuel pressure regulator
Summit Fuel rail gauge
650/1000cc injectors

Is the fuel gauge good and working correctly?? Could be a partially block fuel return line.

Well the gauge is brand new just installed it..could be bad?

I am going to do another new return line but the one I made now is new.but I'll double check on this one.

Are you checking fuel pressure with the vacuum line connected or disconnected/plugged??
