Default spark plugs

Hey guys I was wondering what plugs you All Motor guys are running or recommend. I have a 01 GSR.B18c1 stock bottom end 70k on it. Ported & polished head, Skunk2 Valvetrain including +1 flat faced valves, stage2 cams & cam gears, springs, titanium retainers, Toda Tbelt, oem Type R intake and Tbody, short ram intake, Walboro 255 fp, 450 injectors, aem rail, RMF Narrow Header, 3" exhaust, Exedy stage2 clutch, Fidenza flywheel, p28 ecu tuned on crome. I think thats it. Anyways, what plugs would be best with My setup?? Bottom end gets built next!!

NGK V-Power plugs. Most reliable plugs I've ever used and I was using Iridium IX's until a gentleman who builds 400hp Beamers told me his luck with the VP's. I'll stick with these until they prove me wrong

i was using platinum. don't think theres much of an overall performance advantage besides not having to change them as much.

but use copper ngk plugs. which i think the VP's are. may have to change em every 30kish but they're good and cheap.

Iridium 7 at 0.042''
or Cooper V/G power at 0.42''

Iridium last longer, and could take more high temp

NGK Copper vpower plugs.. is the only thing you should be running..

this isn't k series. and its been very well prove that these plugs last and last..

Use the stock heat range (6) for your car..no need to upgrade..stock gap will also do just fine.

Why such cold plugs? Just wondering. Unless its boosted or juiced theres really no advantage.

i think bad fuel quality causes detonation in my place fuel quality is s**t or tuning and using a colder spark plug is safer.
just my thoughts.

they are far from being v-powers....they arent even ngk plugs they are made by denso for spoon to spoon spec....and i dont pay anywhere near that for them
they are also by far the best sparkplug I have ever used in my built motor.

how can a plug be any better than others if it fires right, the ground strap is the color it's supposed to be, and timing marks are in the correct spot?

I ran iridiums and those things would not fire correctly and it felt like i was always missing, switched to v-powers of the same heatrange just like everyone else runs and the car runs like a dream..
