del sol - How do I remove the studs for the driver side motor mount?

how do the studs on the driver side mount come out? the threads on mine are all fxcked up and i want to replace them. do they just turn out?

i put two nuts no one to use and one to lock the other in place and then just unscrew it out! good luck.
