Problems after swap
Ok so i blew the motor in my 02 accord. now i had a F23a4 ULEV and swapped it with the F23a1 now the problem is it runs great but it wont go over 4000rpm the limiter kicks in and thats it. Any suggestions?

1. Does the check engine light come on?
If it does you should have the OBD system scanned for trouble codes. That would be the best place to start.
2. What ECU are you using? Are you using the stock ULEV ECU & O2 Sensors that came with the car?
