I have a pioneer tape deck (KEH-P7400) and a CDX-P1220S CD changer. But recently, my head unit died on me i am looking into purhasing a new head unit. I bought this combo back in 1997 so they are pretty old. I was wondering would the newer pioneer head units be able to control the CD changer that i am currently running? Anyone know any sites where i can obtain this info? Thanks!

 

any pioneer deck with a p in the model # will control it.they have been the same since around 1995
