Do I only have to remove my seats (brackets also), e-brake, and shift boot pieces to do this? I know some of the carpeting goes underneath the center console where the radio bezel meets the shift boot bezel. But, can I slide it under that section?

I'm looking to do a carpet swap and really not trying to remove my entire dashboard.

Yes, you need to remove you seats and the center consol plastics.
You may also need to remove you rear seats, as there are a coupe clips holding the carpet under it.

 

My rear seats have been gone for a while. Tires will rub if I have rear passengers. Lol.

no need to remove the dash to remove the carpet just sill plates seats center consol , seat belt bolts etc
