Installing a new cylinder head
Well I've decided to purchase a new cylinder head for my car sense the original one that was in it is in need of being rebuilt (Don't really have the funds to fix it right now) In order to get the timing correct with the new head would I have to get turn the cam shaft on the head and put it to TDC to make it correct or is there another way I'm supposed to do it? Also In the manual it states that if your replacing the head to remove the sensor... What does it mean by remove, is it referring to off the car entirely or what?
Note: The Block is at TDC right now, and I didn't move the belt except for sliding it off the old cam gear.

What is your question? What block and head are you using?
Both the crank and cam(s) need to be TDC. Where the marks are located depends on what head/block you are running.
What sensor are you talking about?

the cam gear only goes on the camshaft one way...it says "UP" and has two marks that line up with the head surface. this is TDC cyl. 1
the cam goes on after the head is bolted up so install it like i mentioned above and time it from there. If you plan on doin your own work to your car i would highly suggest getting a FSM from helms. mine was like $50 shipped

that all depends on which engine it is - for the D15B1 or D15B2, the marks line up with the top of the head - for the D16A6, you use the 3rd mark which is at about 7 o'clock and line it up with the pointer on the inside timing cover - the other 2 marks won't be lined up with the top of the head on the D16A6
The engine is a D15B2 (Didn't think that would matter due to you'd think it'd be the same for any honda engine) As for the sensor in the hynes manual it states that when you goto install a new head on a honda engine that you need to remove the o2 sensor thats connected to the head.
