im listing my 90 honda crx si up forsale or some possible trades for a daily driver. i hate to get rid of my project car before finished but i want it gone. ive owned this car the past 5 years and its been sittin in the garage the past 2 years. it now sits outside under a car cover to keep it from the weather. i was building for a track and nice day car and as with alot of track cars alot of stuff has been eliminated. this is a PROJECT/TRACK car. not a daily driver unless you didnt mind it i guess. the car does run but not correctly. it has a wiring issue somewhere that i havnt found. car is in limp mode which means wont go over 3500 rpm and hates to start when cold. throwing codes for map sensor, crank position sensor and coolant temp. car is converted to obd1 but would need new obd1 ecu jumper harness since the jumper thats in it i have found to be incorrect in some of the pinouts. which may also be a simple fix for the car. most body work has been done. car currently under primar. body has 200k and engine has maybe 2 miles on it since i havnt barely driven it since i started the build. will need windshield as for the one in it is cracked. there is no heater box or wipers and no interior but a dash autometer gages and a sparco sprint seat. also a wire tuck has been done.

im located in muncie. familiar with it? the crx will need to be trailered cuz of the wiring issue. im not too keen on wiring but if i had the extra money id just replace all the wiring and should fix it. i just dont have time for it. ill hit u with a text tomorrow. and also how is the body on the eg?

 

body on eg is good, wow muncie my bro goes to skool out that way ill have to c how everything works out to get out that way,, do me a favor n find out in ur area how much a tow to 46342 is ... its like 179 miles

 

also what ecu r u running?? is there a wideband on it? is it tuned?? what injectors?

 

originally it was setup as follows, aem uego, precision 1000cc, p72 on crome. BUT since i was running into problems about the wiring and limp mode and all that the whole fuel system i returned to stock for break in. no longer have the fuel system or wideband for it so would need that. car has never seen boost. makes me sad lol car currently just has stock p28.

 

but it runs and drives just wont go over 3500??? also is it cable or hydro tranny?

 

yes it runs and drives. ive drove it a couple times just up and down the road. i have video of it running. last time i went to pull it outa the garage it wouldnt start tho. fuel pump wasnt comin on. i think maybe i forgot to plug somthing back in when i tried to find the problem but i didnt have time to mess with it just pushed it out and has been sittin under a cover since. havnt touched the car in 3 months. and its cable tranny. i mean the car does need a lil work but shouldnt be much at all i just dont have time for it anymore
