should have been pdi'd with the sticker in the glovebox or in the under hood fuse box if they arn't there then press 1 and 6 and turn the radio on and it will give you the serial number then call your local honda dealer and they can give it to you when you give them the serial number

To complete what 99blackcivicSi said:

Turn the car on, radio off, hold the 1 & 6 preset down and without releasing, turn the radio on (continue to hold the presets down). The screen should display a "U" followed by 4 numbers, then a "L" and four more numbers. Those 8 numbers are the serial number of the unit. You would need to contact your local dealer (parts dept) and give them the serial number, they should be able to give you your radio code. Of course if you're the original owner, they should have given you a card with the code along with your owner's manual. This will not work with the NAVI unit

when you bought the car, you should have a piece of paper from the dealer regarding the code

Still need the Serial number of the unit...Unless you know the dealer that originally sold the car AND the salesman put the radio code into their computer system when doing the original PDI paperwork.

I have a 2006 accord ex-l v6. I was replacing the headlights today and had to disconnect battery. My radio is now locked and I need the code. I am the 3rd owner of the car so the card that should be in the manual isnt there. I can provide the radio s/n and car vin if someone can help me out and provide the code for me. Thank you!

I had this happen with my '04 and literally drove it to the nearest Honda dealer and they reprogrammed it there. The mechanic even wrote down the code for me again so I could keep it for the possible "next time." It does not have to be the same dealer that originally sold the vehicle for them to get the information. Plus, like other people were saying it SHOULD have a sticker in the glove box with the code to reset it without any other information necessary. I just stupidly neglected to do so when I originally bought my '04. Good luck!
