I've been searching for a lip that'll fit my v6...the one i bought was a bit short for my car so i just gave it to my brother and it fit perfectly on his 4cyl. Lesson learned? Never ask a 19 year old kid if the lip he's selling was on a v6 prior to him taking it off and believing him when he said "yeah man no problem, it hooks right up." Now, do any of you fellow accord owners know a website where they have V6 lips for sale that is a direct fitment??? And I also heard that 96/97 lips can fit...fact or fiction??? Thanks in advance!

 

Your car is approximately 2-3 inches longer than the 4 cylinder, which is why the bumper, fenders, and hood are all different part numbers....

A 96/97 V6 lip would fit, but that is not anything special. If I'm not mistaken WingsWest makes one of their lips for the V6 but other than that the market is practically nothing.
