i think so, and if you are looking to run a tester to them, they wont test, just make sure you are going for the right wire....

I tried to get to those wires back there, but got pissed off and ripped open the wire bundle coming from under/around the door sill. Worked just fine, but the door pin wire was another story (turned out to be the dome light wire instead).
