90 CRX HF swap with B18a

I got this sensor in the back of the block, my hf harness don't have a plug for it, and do i need this sensor/how to hook it up.
BTW using OBD0 with PR4 ecu

the green sensor is the engine oil temperature sensor used to control cooling fan operation - you don't really need it

so the CRX dont come with it?

One more question, what about this plug under the dizzy by the o2 sensor
