I have a b18c.Yesterday i did the timing belt and cam seals on it.And in the process i was curious if it had cams,because the cam ring on the intake was smooth but the exhaust i swear had spirals on it like a slotted rotor.And cant remember if it was the intake or exhaust cam but one had h cast into it and the other one had f.But the lobes on them looked like they had a lot of duration.
Also in another thread i posted about the car not idling right,i Got it to idle once or twice but when i get it to idle at 750 or so the car seemed like a v8 with cams it just sits there and chops.The motor has a slight shake to it and it just chops out the exhaust like a cammed v8.Not sure but it sounds pretty sweet.If i can get it to idle at 750 again i will take a video to show you guys what it sounds like.
