Default Rear Brake Discs Rub?

I have a 1990 integra that has had an issue with the brake pads rubbing in the rear of the car. Today I replaced the pads all around and bought two new rotors for the rear disc brakes. I compressed the piston back in and installed the brakes, but the pads still rub.

What could cause this? I also tried toying with the e-brake adjustment and that did not fix the problem. For whatever reason the caliper is just too tight. I can still spin the rotor, but it rubs constantly.

Have you tried driving it? Usually they'll stop rubbing on their own after you start driving.

Pads always rub a little, they don't retract from the rotor. Do you mean they are making noise as you drive?
