IIRC, B18b throttle body and H22 are both 60mm.

Unless you're planning to tune, leave the injectors alone.

i can tell you that most h22s use a 60mm throttle body(type-s is 62mm), not sure what size the ls TB is but im going to guess its no larger than 55mm. as for the injectors, the jdm h22 use 345cc injectors which would be plenty for most mild all motor b-series setups

The 94+ LS throttle body is the same as the H22 60mm but the auto LS throttle bodies are smaller. The older LS throttle bodies are smaller as well. The H22 injectors would deliver more fuel right off the bat but you should get a tune for the best performance. Just remember the OBDI H22 injectors 345cc are peak and hold and the OBDII injectors 290cc are saturated so you need to match them to which ever system your car has. All of the LS injectors are 240cc.

bigger thorttle body, more response, but to much air make your engine running lean...i think you have consider to calculate manipulate the ecu to make optimal performance.
bigger injector more rich gasoline, but to much gasoline make your engine won't optimal, i think 240cc is the ideal if you don't use force induction.

Only at WOT, and the difference will be pretty small unless you have some real engine work done. The only time a larger throttle body would really screw up mixture strength is if your engine management uses alpha-N control.
