How Do You Get The Header O2 Sensor Off??????????
Ok I have got every bolt off the header except for the O2 sensor connecting to bottom part of the header. Does any one no what size it is to get off or an easy way to get it off. Thanks in advanc.
I took a crescent wrench and put it around the 02 sensor on the bolt, and then took a hammer and pounded it in the direction to loosen it. The torque from the hammer beating it normally knocks it right off.

for some reason 7/8ths comes to mind. I know its standard, but try it. (Sorry if I'm jacked up, its been awhile since i touched that sensor)
hey i figured out a much easier way all i did was unhook the o2 sensor from the clip from the engine bay then once i got the stock header off i just yanked the hell out of the 02 sensor with the 22mm wrench and a 4 foot breaker bar. thanks for the help guys.

just replace it. I think. My girls O2 sensor failed after about an hour tryin to get the thing off. when we got it on It made the check engine light come on. or just pull real hard. Pardon my NOOB status. (flame-suit on)

A crescent wrench is useless on a car....dont even try it. IMO your 2 best options are, take the header to a shop where they will remove (has been free the 2 times I tried it), or invest in an o2 sensor socket that will allow the wire to remain intact while you get it off with a breaker bar or an air gun. Or you could just cut the wire and resplice it or replace thw whole sensor.

its easier to take the o2 sensor off with the header off your car. use a cresent wrench or 22mm and a pipe(for leverage). dont forget some wd40.
