Wiring/ecu issues. What to do?
Okay here's some basic info on the car and problems. It's a 1991 dx hatch with a 1998 ls swap in it. It has a pr4 ecu from a 90-91 integra. The problem is that the wiring is all butchered up. I bought the whole car very cheap and am redoing this car for my street/STRIP car. I'm new in the modifying Honda world in the fact that the wiring and ecu's are not my cup of tea. Don't know a lot about them and what needs to be done. This car will b and ls/vtec car when it's done. I already have a b16 head to put on it.
My question is really since the wiring harness is chopped up and spliced and god only knows what is going on in there, what is my best route of cleaning it up and making this thing obd1?

yes. this would be the easiest route for you. but you will need:
cabin harness
engine harness
dash harness
rear cabin harness
pretty much all the wiring from an si version of your car

Yeah that's what I thought. Or I could swap a complete obd1 harness and make it work. If I'm gonna do all that work I might as well make it obd1 and just make an eg dash work
Well it all depends on whitch part of your harness is chopped up.
If it's just the engine harness then get an OBD0 DX engine harness whitch will match your chassis harness it will be dual point injection but is very easy to convert to multi point.
Then just get an OBD0 to OBD1 converter harness.

youll need a harness from a dx. then convert it to mpfi. not hard its 4 wires. the si harness wont plug into your chassis. it has more pins.
Yeah this is a complete mess. Thinking about swapping a whole obd1 harness from the ecu out. Changing the gauge cluster and all.
