Automatic transmission problem in neutral and park

I have a 91 civic sedan 4 door with 116 k miles. When I put it in park or neutral it makes a noise that sounds like a fast clicking noise. That's the best way to describe it. I can get a video if needed.

If u find out that u need a new transmission I have one from my car it only has 99,000 miles
