hi my integra is making some noise on the passager side, i check and sound like it coming from the axle not sure cause i took out my brake and rotor nothing still make noise what can it be.... when i go below 15 miles no noise but then over 15 miles its start to get louded and louded can anyone help me out? thanks alot

 

when you lean into a sharp right turn, does the sound go away? if so, it's the wheel bearing

 

yea but when put on jack stand and in gear it still make noise sound like by the axle/tranny where the axle for too

i was thinking the same. but he's saying it still makes noise with the load off the bearing (on stands). usually when the load is off it quiets down. like when you're driving and you make a sharp turn in the direction of the suspected side

 

it may be the output shaft bearing

What kind of noise?

Wheel bearing - Raise the front of the car, hold the wheel at 12-6 and see if there is play. If so it is your wheel bearing going out.

 

output shaft connects to the intermediate shaft, transferring work from the transmission. the bearing is located inside the transmission

are you sure the noise ceases if you jerk the steering wheel right when driving?

yea isure it increase noise when turning right, i switch my rims and stuff still do the same, it make a whopping sound i think

 

x2 i think i have the same problem but on the drivers side.. i thought it was out of balaced but its not..
