Default code 20 after wire tuck? help me please

Ok this is real weird. Before I did the tuck on my crx I had no codes now I'm getting a code 20. Before the tuck I didn't have any codes so I know the fuse box is good. My tuck consists of cutting and extending only the low and high beams, corner lights, bumper lights, horn wires, radiator fan wires, brake booster wires and the wire that goes to the fuse box from the + terminal) I tuck all of it and I did not relocate the battery. However I did pull the fuse box and harness on the pass side in the car and connected it up. I also extended the wire from the positive terminal that goes to the fuse box.

But now when I put the neg on the battery I get little spark and when I went to turn it on the on position Everything lights up fine and the ecu blinks once. Leave it like that for a bit then I turned the key of and battery, oil and seat belt light on the cluster get dim and stay on. the Ecu starts to blink I turn it back to the on position and the lights remained dim ecu still going. So I disconnect the neg cable put it on again repeat and same thing but sometimes it takes a few cycles of turing to on position and back off before those three go dim and ecu flashes again.

The three ground blocks (which I have pictured below) are in the cabin and I redid Them making sure the paint was scratched.

My alt and battery are good I know for a fact so I was messing in the cabin and noticed that if I just move the fuse any I hear a clicking sound coming from behind the center console. Can anyone possibly help? Or have an idea what it can be? Thanks everyone

Also my headlights, brites, blinkers, corners lightts, bumper lights, brakes lights and horn works

Driver side grnd block

Second one

Here is what I think my hold up is. When I move the fuse box I Hear clickiing where my hand is.. any idea?
