Default rear quarter pannel question

how would one go about addressing this issue? cut an existing flare from a donor car? or pull it out?

its not a bad hit. you might need a pull on the wheel house (small if any) the dent in the quarter can be fixed in a few hours

directly behind the quarter panel is the outer wheel house. a good sized dent on a quarter can push in the wheel house in a little bit. run your hand on the body line to see if the wheel house is holding the quarter in.

don't weld a tab to it. there is tools that can hook in the wheel house to pull it back in place.

i believe so, but do you mean if it is tack welded onto it and if there is any crease/warpage on it?
