Default B16-B18-B20 questions

hello, Can I build a B16A2 into a B18 or B20 using all stock Honda parts? Crank, rods, pistons. No block machining nor custom pistons. Use will be track days, road racing 80% and street 20%.

Thanks in advance.

ok since you can't search or understand anything about block heights and what do with them
the biggest you could make a b16a2 is a 1.7liter using a B17 crank and rods thats IT
the b18/b20blocks have higher deck heights so you can't use the crank/rods since they would stick WAY out of a b16 block

no and no you didn't. typing your thread title into google would have given you a whole giant list of no's and why's.

tis a nice thought. there are trick geometry ones that somehow make it a 2.0 but thatd take boring, and whatever other magic it uses.

http://inlinefour.com/crowstrokkit.html there ya go. although to be fair im quite sure you can't bore out a b16 past 84 even with sleeves.
