Default Best suspension setup for 92 Civic EX Coupe?

I'm looking to lower my 92 Civic EX Coupe. ANy thoughts on the best way to go? Springs vs. coilovers? I don't have an unlimited budget so any way to save money would be appreciated.

there is no best. It depends what you're going to use it for. Once you've got that figured out I'd research spring rates. koni/ground control is a very popular combination because the shocks are very good quality and you can custom choose the rates of the eibach springs that come with the kit. You can run up to 600lb springs on regular koni yellow shocks before needing race versions. I run 550R 450F on my street/goof around track car. Most think its ridiculously stiff for street. ***** made to last, I recommend, all for less than $1000.

we need to know

1. how much you can spend
2. what the car weighs
3. what tires you want to optimize for {if you put down a size and not a model i will e slap you}
4. what you want the car to feel like when you're driving

do that and i can give you places to go

every single one of the posts above is worthless, they don't know a damn thing about what you're after

This entire thread is worthless. The OP is surely some 17-20 year old who just got his first honda and hasn't the first clue about how, who, what, or why.
