DIY motor mounts

has anyone made their own motor mounts for a K20 swap for an EK civic?

is their any tips or suggestions that anyone could give me if you have done this.... thanks

I think I will be going this route shortly with my 7MGTE pickup swap. The stock motor mounts are way too soft and probably torn now.
