Default skunk2 LCAs (serious bushing issues)

So, i installed some new skunk2 rear LCAs onto my 00 gsr whenever i put on my coilovers at the beginning of this past summer. Now the bushings in them where the shock mounts to them are pulled down so there is a ton of play between the collar of the bushing and the bushing itself... so much that one side makes a clunking noise going over large bumps and such. Does anybody have any advice for me besides buying new LCAs ? I was thinking of contacting skunk2 to see what they say about the situation.

p.s. my car isnt even that low in the back.

i went back to stock LCA with a bushing replacement. i would'nt bother with contacting skunk 2. i heard they released some different version of their LCA's that dont require clocking ur bushings or something

At least, I would try to get it warranted. Then sell them if you plan to go back to stock.

I had the same exact issue with my Blox LCA's. They are even worse than Skunk2.

Function 7 is the only after market lca that I have found that doesn't have any issues with bushings. They are pricey, but at least the bushings dont rip in a month or two like blox.

i was told by a rep at jhp usa that the skunk2 control arms are almost identical to the f7's. I guess they're not close enough though. Anyone think i should throw energy suspension bushings into the skunk arms?

.... and our arms come with a lifetime warranty which also covers the bushings. If they do ever wear out or get damaged, we will be glad to replace them.

Skunk2 LCA's are NOTHING like F7's. Had F7's on my car nearly 2 years and no problems at all.
