Hey guys im tryin to find a good picture of the liberty handcuff but cant find one. I have one but it is installed in my trans and i dont know if i am missing a piece or not. i searched on google and everywhere i cant find it. thanks

I think it comes with 3 spacers...the cuff...the bearing and a ring that the 5th gear hub sits on

you just get the 2 spacers, 2 bearings, and the cuff.

when i ordered mine a few years ago, there was two spacers on the bottom and one spacer on the top

i've never seen that piece, i dropped a nut down in the hole that the selector sits on so that the hub could not go down far enough to rub the cuff.

u didn't get it then.....it defently comes with a ring the 5th gear hub sits on....

You have to be carfull...if the hub doesn't bottom out on the bearing in the cuff it will ride on the steel ring which will cause the hub and the ring on the cuff to get extremely hot....I had to mill the ring down to allow the hub to bottom out on the bearing not the ring......

I had a spacer made that eliminates the 5th gear scyncro pack....so its like the ppg trans.

The pic of Dave Fs spacer above the cuff is a custom piece....I think ???

yes that spacer was made to be a input shaft speed trigger

it really is for input shaft speed. there was a magnet in it, till it came out and got chewed up by the gearset.
