i want to re-spray my ex, but i've never painted a car before so i was wondering about how much it would run me for a stage 1 paint job (ohh, the car is white and i'm gonna keep it white)

 

i'll assume by "Stage 1" you mean single stage.
so, its pretty effin cheap. i know Sherwin Williams has a Dimension-one line of single stage and i believe its around 100bucks for a gallon. try them.

 

yeah thats what i meant, i'm also contemplating something else, how much do you think it would be for the Championship White paint and do you know where i would be able to get it??

Yeah, look under autobody supplies in the yellow pages and find your local paint dealer. If you are not in hurry you might want to consider an online supplier like www.thecoatingstore.com, tcp paints or Trinity paints. They are usually less expensive even with shipping and you don't have to pay sales tax unless they are in your state.
