I have a 99 integra ls, pretty much stock, 175k miles, the mileage shows...
Someone asked to trade me for a 94 ranger, 205k on the truck, 25k on rebuild, 4L V6, 5speed, 5" superlift, 31" tires, custom paint truck is mint. I havnt saw the inside yet. What would you all do? My kbb value at fair is more than his is in excellent condition. But that 5" lift is $1600 and the paint job was probably a pretty penny.

 

also, I have an 83 rx7 that will be done by when the snow melts.... I dont think i need this car, but do yall think this is a good trade?

 

I personally would keep the teg because im a big fan of tegs, but if you should have the the 83 rx7 on the road for after winter i think it will be a good trade, who doesnt need a winter type of car, id say go for it.

 

I say Integra. A truck would make a decent daily, but I would go for a stock truck with way less miles. An unreliable daily driver isn't any good.

 

Your asking peoples opinion on this in an integra forum? What do you think people on here are going to say? That's like posting this question in a ranger forum and seeing what kind of response you get. Kbb value's answer the question for you......

 

this is a honda site. im going out on a limb here but i think the integra will win. and i'll take another shot in the dark, if you post the same question on a ford forum, the ranger will win. anyways, i vote integra

 

integra is worth more. high mile rangers really take a beating. if it was a newer ranger or a comparable deal, sure, consider it. this one is really not in your favor

you also wouldn't gain much in working space. the back of a teg with the seats down is barely smaller than a compact truck

 

Definitely keep the teg. You'll regret getting rid of it and have even more regret because you traded it for a FORD. Even worse, a Ford Ranger, haha

 

My biggest questions are this:
Do you care about your gas mileage?
Do you have need of a truck?

I wish I'd never gotten rid of my last truck. I NEED a truck with what I do and where I live. I need my Teg, too. I drive around 75 miles a day, so a thirsty truck would kill me at the pump.

the truck debate isn't the problem, if it were something of similar value we could talk. he's just being offered something that would sell for about half of what his integra would
