Default Buddy Club Exhaust Help!

Hi guys, well i got my buddy club and installed it, but I have two problems

1. The springs connecting the two pieces vibrate
2. It hits my sway bar... I think i may know how to fix this, have yet to take a closer look

Any help on how to solve these problems would be greatly appreciated, other than that the car sounds great

thanks in advance
javier

Use exhaust tape/cool tape. Wrap around the piping so the spring dont touch the pipe do the same with the sway bar.

I had the same problem but only with the connecting springs.

You can buy the tape in 1" 60ft or 2" etc

Cheers

as what DC5-R has said and you may want to adjust the axle piping a bit so there is clearance and it wont vibrate!

Yes also maybe the installation may be a bit loose but I checked mine thoroughly and found that it was because of the springs that connect the two pipes together. Maybe its a common thing for these types of exhausts...?

well at certain revs say around 3Krpm the exhaust begins to get droney and the vibration causes the springs to vibrate, causing that ching ching sound (sorry for the description) but can easily be rectified by using exhaust tape and if you dont plan to ever get rid of the exhuast it can be wilded the B-pipe and axle back then the springs wont be needed!
