can i keep Powersteering with a H22 swap in a 98EJ?
does anyone know if i can keep P/S with the H22 swap? it doesn't really matter if the A/C fits or not, but it would be really really really nice to have P/S...

I don't see why you wouldnt be able to. you may have to use the prelude lines though, not sure if the civic lines will bolt to the prelude pump.

you have to MAJOR modifications to the chassis, frame has to be modified
I've seen a few cars with PS and A/C with the HCP kit. especially easier considering it's in an EK. EG is a different story, but can still be done.
