Default TW - FS: 94 Civic VX hatch. Low miles, unmolested, 50mpg! CLEAN!!

********************SOLD**********************

Clean 1994 Civic VX with only 94k miles. 5spd, clean title, runs like new!

Mods:
JDM Integra seats (front and rear)
JDM arm-rest
OEM floor mats
JDM SiR gauge cluster
JDM SiR clock
S2000 CD player
GSR shift ****
Tanabe coilovers
Vision corners
HID's

The motor is all original and it runs like new! Original 5 speed tranny is silky smooth with no grinds. It rolls on original VX wheels with 2week old Hankook tires. The car normally gets around 48mpg but it's capable of 50+ hwy if you drive conservatively. My personal best is 55mpg. Clean title, no accidents, no problems. You will not find a cleaner unmolested VX with lower miles. Price is $6,000 firm. I will throw in all original parts as well.

Photos don't really do it justice, but here are a few:

Bump if you like. This baby is super clean. Needs nothing, drive it anywhere. It's the most reliable, dependable, and the most practical car i have ever owned. Cheap to maintain, cheap to insure... It will save you major $$$ on gas!
This car gets a better gas mileage than most hybrids out there

Not dreaming at all, just got an offer for $5500 this morning. There are a bunch of people out there looking for clean VX's because of gas prices. If you're looking for a project car, then of course this is not a good deal. But there are people out there willing to pay even more for a car like this.

Just a couple of weeks ago i saw the same car with almost 200k miles, and nowhere near as clean as this one, sell for well over $6k. I see crappy ones sell for top dollar all the time.

To be honest I agree. Super low miles for this car and they really do last forever because they aren't beaten on like the other models. This isnt something you'd buy to swap, get hybrid gas mileage but be cool in a EG

But it's a nice car, eventually you'll get your head out of your *** and accept a $3000 offer which this car is worth every bit of but not a dime more.

i do understand how gas prices would make these cars more wantable, but you could also just as easily buy a shell for whatever price and swap in this engine for maybe 500 bucks other than that, sick car, and clean enough to eat off of

Technically it was a option on the VX, so would that make it a vx/ex/si lip lol?, I'd say take the $5500 offer and run. Or keep it

take the 5500 and run. I dont think there's anybody who's going to pay 6 g firm under this economy for a 16 year old car. I have seen super clean car with good deals and still its not selling. Take the 5500 and run or keep the car.

Don't you guys know? It's awesome to pay 3-3500 more than a car is worth so you can save 300/year in gas. Makes total sense.

that's a good price for that car, i would say. I see most EGs out there are selling for 5G and not even as clean. What's worst is the high milage.
I rather buy a car like that then to buy a cheap junk one and build it up b/c it costs more to buy and build than to buy and drive.

What's even better if that's a Si version, I would totally buy it from you right now for your asking price and have it ship over.

Bought my Si for high 5Gs with about 67k miles on stock motor, cash out. After 4 years, only mid 80k miles. And others asking me to sell it to them for what I paid b/c so hard to find a completely stock Si under 100k miles. (most EGs nowaday get beat up soo bad).

It's funny how people put unmolested and when you look at the car it's clearly molested. You should put everything back to orginal form then try to re-post it to match your title. Since you swap cluster, do you have orginal cluster? A few flaws in your descriptions from what is titled, nothing-less car looks well maintain, glws

Aye yo holmes I got $5500 cash for your sixteen year old economic little gas saver Honda civic. Did I mention its a sixteen year old honda civic that is still in production? Yea but let me know, i have $5500 cash to spend

Also you mention you see people posting shitbox for xxxx amount of cash. It technically does not mean they got what they was asking for or even sold it.

Just had a guy look at it. He loved it, he said he'll bring the deposit tomorrow. So we'll see what happens. I'm in no rush to sell it, i'm moving back to Bosnia next summer so i got plenty of time. Plus, there's always ebay

Thank you for the bumps, guys. Those of you who think it's not worth the money, politely pass. We all have different views on cars, we value different things about them, and there is no need to be rude. You don't like - you don't buy, it's that simple.

Btw, there is a whole VX cult out there, just check gassavers.org and similar sites. A VX this clean will find those who appreciate it for what it is.

I had a CX before, bought it for about $3k as everyone else and then spent that much more to get it the way i like it, and it still wasn't as clean as this one. I also had a 95 DX hatch, swapped a JDM B18C typeR in it, spent close to $11k on it all together, then lost all that money when i sold the car. I'm not here to make money, i wouldn't even break even at $6k. I'd actually love to keep this car, but i'm moving back to Europe next year so i have to sell one of my cars. And since i love my Prelude to death, i decided to sell the Civic and ship the Prelude to Bosnia. I will be sad to see it go
