I have a brand new obd1 b series vtec distributor, you could buy a jumper harness from password jdm, or re pin the harness if your interested, i'm also local. Stephens city. I also have a obd2 b18b distributor. And here in a month I will have a 97 spec jdm itr header for sale.

in order to re-pin it you would have to have an obd2 ditributor plug, it's pretty simple. just can be time consuming. a jumper harness would save you some time. i forget how much they are, maybe like $40?

header is currently on my car, i wont have it for sale til probably after the first of the year. it has a 2.5" collector, so you would need a test pipe.
