IN 2000 Honda Civic SI w/B16A SIRII motor

2000 Honda Civic SI *Clean* -$5700
I have a 2000 Black em1, with 159,xxx on the Odometer, 32k on the motor/trans when dropped in at 148k; it is my daily driver. A/C installed, and blows ice cold air but has a leak. The power steering is off of the car all parts included in trade, needs a new hose, it is circulated from the rack through the resevoir. The front end was repainted by when the previous owner had the car, it has flaked some, but the rest of the car is OEM and fine. I have a full OEM Civic Si Bra set. Overall the car is in excellent
Engine-
-OBD-1 b16a out of an Si-r II from HMO swapped in at 148k miles. This is the 54XXXXX serial number that has 170HP Stock 10 more than the original motor.
-Trans came with swap, I changed the fluid with Honda/Acura Improved manual transmission fluid. clutched checked and good plenty of material. No shifting issues.
-Knock-off 4-1 with 2.5inch collector no dents or dings, installed at 148k
-all belts, water pump, thermostat, etc. replaced with swap.
-Comptech Icebox intake/ram air setup
-Skunk 2 test pipe with SS test pipe
-Only amsoil ran in car since swap, with wix filters
-NGK iridium 7's JDM tastic
-Skunk 2 dual bend shifter with S2000 shift ****
-Hondata intake manifold gasket
-Moroso steel road race baffled oil pan (capacity is now 6 qts, and the spring-loaded baffles keep the pickup submerged in oil)
Suspension
-Koni SPSS valved shocks, shortened in front
-Ground Control coilovers with 600# F, 800# R springs
-Comptech front swaybay
-Comptech 22mm rear sway/tie combo bar
-All bolts chased and antiseized with the last year
-front Hardrace endlinks
-Moog upper and lower ball joints
-FULL HARDRACE 26PCS BUSHING KIT
-Spherical rear enlinks
-New GC collars
-GC top hats for the fronts if you want to really slam it; I personally have the car about 1.5 inches lower
-New GC spring Isolators
Brakes
-Front Hawk HP plus pads
-Rear Hawk HP pads
-Flushed fluid less than a year ago
Interior
-Functioning Autometer Comp Lite Oil pressure and water temp gauges. I retained the factory oil dummy lite.
-00 ITR shift boot
-20% tint on sides and rear
-Momo steering wheel and Hub(horn not working because the center button is sensitive and will go off over any bump
-It has an Alpine CD/MP3 player w/ ipod cable and Infinity OE sized speakers all around
Exterior
-BBS Meshies black with J's Racing teal lip (quarter sized chip in one lip and another slightly curbed, newer 85% tread Kuhmo escta AST's
-Pink tuner lugs, also have a set of golds, both have keys, they are covered by caps, etc.
-Honda OE rear underskirt (came on car new, but was pretty rare option)

It has a t3/t4 ssautochrome turbo(no shaft play and has been checked for issues) TurboXS blow off value. Turbonetics external wastegate. DSM Injectors, FMIC with all couplers and clamps, Turbo timer, and SS manifold.
This is worth about $400 or so. This makes the car about 5300.00 if you sold the turbo kit by itself. I will only take cash, no trades and will not take off the turbo kit to reduce the price.
