2001 Acura integra gsr turbo questions....
I have an 01 integ gsr turbo with the sfp turbo kit. The manifold is crack now and I'm looking to buy a new manifold but I would still like to retain a/c & power steering. I've been looking into inlinepro and autoworks. Both offer stainless steel manifold with a lifetime warranty. If I go for any of those, would my current 3" downpipe I have on bolt right up or would I need to get a new downpipe as well?
Just my 2 cents but Id say pull the turbo and sell it, use the money to build it All motor! My gsr had a turbo when I got it and its MUCH faster and more reliable N/A!! Leave the turbos for those who need it, Hondas are better NA. Again just My 2 cents!!! GL
But my motor is already built for boost. Compression is 9.1:1.
There was clearly something wrong with your setup my friend. Any FI Honda will be quicker and just as reliable with a good tune than its all motor counterpart, UNLESS it is extremely built. And by that, I mean 10s of thousands dumped into a serious all motor build.

Most likely there would need to be some kind of downpipe modification to fit, and maybe the intercooler piping as well. Depending on where the new manifold sits the turbo. Any little change, and there will need to be changes done to piping leading out of it.
My motor is built. Sleeved, pistons, rods, valve springs, retainers, etc. It's 9:1:1 compression. My manifold is made by south florida performance log style manifold and their company is closed down. Therefore, I would need another log style type manifold since I wanna retain a/c and ps. I have a turbonetics t3 turbo.
you are a retard i cant even believe you posted that.
if he wanted to go all motor he would have done it. maybe if he asked "should i go n/a or turbo?" your post would have been fine but its a technical question i doubt he cares about what you think.
just letting you know because if you do go around making posts like this you will get flamed alot.

Take a look at the SLS shorty manifold, its a mini ram design, allows you to keep AC and PS and will make more power over a log. Not to mention, the quality is top notch with great customer service.
You might think about selling your downpipe as well. Just get the SLS manifold and downpipe combo, so you are certain that it will fit like a glove. I believe theyre about $400 for the log, and about $700 for the mini ram. Well worth it though.
Ok, even better. Youre ok in that department, so i guess back to the question now

I dont own an Integra anymore, but I can also tell you that PFab has great log manifolds for the B series as well. Pang is one of the most trusted fabricators for the S2000 community, and Im sure he can work with you on the B series stuff.
Pfabrications.com is the website. Hes a really stand up guy, and his stuff is also top of the line. The log manifolds are of high quality and produce great power. They range about $400 with lifetime warranty on cracking. I have experienced them before, and I know a lotttt of guys who have his stuff, and let me tell you, I have yet to see a Pfab log crack. Something to consider as well since youre shopping around.
