Swapping front sway bar bushings...
Did you get just the front sway bar bushings? or the front sway bar bushings and the end link bushings?
The front swaybar bushings themselves are not very hard to install. You will have to jack up your car and put it on stands.
From there, each bushing is held in by a clamp and two bolts. Remove the bolts, pull the clamp, and pull the old bushing off (there is a break in the back of the bushing, so just pull).
Then cover the new bushing in grease, put it on, and replace the clamp. Its a little harder to get the clamp back on due to the new bushing being slightly larger and stiffer, but keep at it, it will go on.

What grease should I use on the poly bushings? I read that White lithium grease eats at the poly bushings. Do i wrap the bar in teflon tape?
When I put the bushings in, I didn't use any grease (you can tell just by looking at them...no grease residue). The black ones are graphite impregnated, and shouldn't require any grease.
I never had a problem with them sqeaking either.
