Today I put my window down and now it won't go up, could it be a fuse or anyone have a similar problem before?pls help Thanks

 

you're trying it from the drivers side switch, correct?
you try from the pass. side yet?

 

Tried both then pulled the fuse next to the battery put it back in and now I have no power windows on eitherside?!

 

weird. k check the power window fuse under the dash

 

Which one is that I bought the car without the plastic cover btw how do you know the fuse is done?

 

well, since you probably don't have a test light, pull it out and see if the little metal ribbon inside has a break between the 2 terminals

 

Ohkay can u tell me which fuse it is please

 

****, i dunno, bud. couldn't find that out. may have to just start pulling the fuses and checking them until you find one that's burnt out. if you do

 

Can any post a pic of the fuse cover under the dash so I cn see which is the power window fuse

No the fuses look okay but yet I lost power in both my doors when it was just my passenger window not going up t first???? Wth

No but I think there might have been but the previous owner took it out because there's a little thing at the top of my windshield on the left with a skinny wire comin out? Eitherway just checked all fuses there good but no power in either one of my doors maybe my wire in the door going into the fender got cut??

 

Yeah, I would get a tester and check the wires.
Anyways, if you're freezing, you can always use 12v off of your battery and roll the windows up :D

 

check for power at the regulator
while pushing the switch, try giving the door a good smack where the regulator sits.
if it goes up, the brushes are just dirty and the regulator should be changed when you get time

 

Figured it out....my door was unplugged lol!
