I have a 2008 Gixxer 1000, in the very hard to find White and Silver color combo. There are two locally and they stand out from everyone else and I am always getting compliments on it.
The reason I am selling is I Just want something different, What does that mean? If you have cash, I will take cash. If you have a trade + cash, I might be able to work something out. If you have a straight trade it better be worth my while. I am looking at nice cars in trade, i.e., Lexus, Infiniti....
Lets get on to the good stuff.
The bike runs like a champ and has a Battery Tender hard wired in, meaning you dont need to take the seat off to plug it up to the tender.
It has an M4 GP Style slip-on, its a shorty and has a good throaty deep sound to it.
It has an HID headlight kit, and it lights up the road very well. The front turn signal lenses have been blacked out using nightshades VHT. They are not overly dark and the lights still show through when the turn signals are in use.
I purchased a Power commander 5 for this bike and it is installed and will be included with the sale. If you are not familiar with the software or anything else I recommend having someone else tune the bike. all CD's and data cables will be included as well as the original box.
The factory stickers have been removed to give it a cleaner appearance.
The maintenance and up keep on this bike was done mostly by myself but anything above and beyond what could be done by myself, was done at Cycle Motion by either Bill or Andy. They can vouch for this bike and that I take care of it.
If you want I can include a jacket... I have 3, all are from Icon.
