i was parallel parked and the front and back car were really close... i backed up too much on one of my adjustments and bumped into the rear car...
my bumper looks fine (no scratches, or paint marks). but is the rest of the car ok?
do i need a new bumper??? what should i do?? arghh i'm so mad, why do people have to park so close!!

it's fkn annoying when people park you in... i hate it when that happens.

sometimes u have to nudge a car a bit to get out.
i left a note for the person who did it to me a while back... it didn't have any contact details though.

It's fucked up when people hit your car and leave from the spot. And I know everyone else would hate it to if someone hit your car and left. I live in the city so I can never have a good bumper without some dumbass crackin my kit cuz he can't parallel park. But if it is to small don't try to squeeze in then.

 

if there are no scratches or paint marks then you OBVIOUSLY do not need a new bumper.... common sense.

i get the impression that he was ALREADY parked... and someone parked right up his ****. in which case, he is not entirely to blame.

 

as long as the bumper looks fine you shouldn't need anything.. unless your backing up at full throttle.. I don't see how you could severly damage anything trying to parallel part.. I mean when I parallel park I'm backing in really slow.... I don't bump other peoples cars cuz I know I would hate it if someone did that to mine.. I'd rather make hella motions going forward and reverse turning the wheel so I can get in.. I hate when people park too close and box you in unfortunately in So Cal parking is at a premium sometimes so people will take spaces that hardly fit their car...

i shouldn't have bumped him, it wasn't my intention to... but i mean, i was already parked and sticks his front end right up my rear... its ok, it was a buddy of mine and there weren't any scratch marks on his either so... but just wondering if my bumper is ok.
