Guy's and gal's what full exhaust are you running? What your rating or experience about them.

I have this Magnaflow exhaust:
http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/s...ne=all&id=6745

Super nice construction, good sound, and great warranty.

The cool thing is that the dual outlet muffler looks like a slightly upgraded version of the stock dual outlet instead of having a huge 5 inch cannon on the back.

It is really quiet too compared to some of the other exhaust systems I have heard.

I was Thinking about the buddy club or greddy exhaust. But just to be honest looking to hear from my fellow Tech's reviews.

I used to have a Skunk2 Megapower cat back exhaust on my 2005 EP3. It was nice in terms of fit/finish/construction and the tone was deep and throaty. It was a bit to loud for my taste (not as loud as a Buddy Club Spec II since thats a straight pipe) but definatetly louder than the quieter canister exhausts such as the Greddy SP2/EVO2/Apexi WS2.

*I am now running the OEM axleback with a 2 inch mandrel bent stainless steel JP midpipe (designed to bolt up to the stock axleback). I plan to eventually purchase a Spoon N1 and bolt it up to the JP midpipe.

^ was it the megapower R?
Currently that is what I'm running. It's not so loud and it sounds fairly aggressive. But I have the hugest tip ever.

Thanks for the info about the Buddy Club! Really don't want to get in the noise pollution business.

everyone likes the sound of this exhaust on my car, with the rh its a bit loud. sounds great, just loud. with the baffle in the muffler its sounds pretty good too. if you dont want the noise it might not be for you, or just run it with the baffle in it like i do!

I've had a few exhausts and liked them all differently.

T1R b-pipe with OEM axel back
T1R b-pipe with spoon axel back
Apex-i WS2
Custom 3 inch with vibrant muffler

If I was to do it all over again I'd get a 2.5 inch b-pipe and a twin loop muffler, the OBX is cheap. I've been in DC5 with this setup and it super nice. Twin loop FTW!

I've got a custom fabbed 3" exahust with vibrant stealth dual tip muffler with extra large resonator. Of course, coupled with KRCRH delete CAT. AT WOT, it's loud, but not unbearable. While DD'ing, very deep and clean tone. I feel little loss at lower rpm compared to my old WS2 setup, but the performance is very noticeable and aggressive at higher rpm.

I have had a few exhausts on my 04 ep
Stock
HKS Hi-Power - love the look of the exhaust and loved the sound a bit to loud for me so i sold it.
Magnaflow - Nice exhaust a little quieter then the HKS and looks pretty stock.
Spoon N1 with a T1R 2.5 inch Mid - Super loud loved the look but yeah way to noisy for me.
Stock Axle back T1R Mid DCRH - Stock look but all the gains of having a catback system and not loud at all. Still louder then stock of course.

i have gone through 3 different kind of setups..
1. DDP cheap ebay exhaust that sounded too loud and raspy for my taste...sold it after maybe 4 months
2. Currently Greddy Evo II Midpipe w/ Resonator, OBX twin loop axle back...tryin to sell it want something more meaner..
3. Sitting in my car: HKS HI Power Catback...i am waiting to sell my current setup so that i can buy my OBX RH and get it installed all at one time.....i have heard that this is one of the best exhaust for our EPs.

1. No sir, its the Megapower.

2. Yeah no prob, the Buddy Club Spec II is basically just a straight pipe with a tip so its basically the same as running a muffler delete.

I think the best exhaust set ups for a naturally aspirated (all motor) EP3 would be the following if noise is a concern and a stealthy appearance is desired:

1. JP midpipe mated to OEM backbox

2. T1R midpipe mated to OEM backbox

*The stock EP3 muffler apparently flows well for up to 300 hp...just swap out the midpipe aka b pipe for a bigger piece ie. T1R/JP and mate it up and you have one stealthy exhaust set up that wont attract unwanted attention.

*Personally i plan to run a JP midpipe mated to a Spoon N1 exhaust...good flow as well but there will be some noticeable increase in noise decibels.

I just put on a krrh/ test pipe/ magnaflow cat back. Also running k&n short ram. I haven't "ripped it" yet. but its pretty loud as is. not annoying. its got a different tone than any other exhaust I've had. not the generic "deep low tone" a little more aggressive actually now that I think about it. but its good.

I had on my ep dc headers test pipe and dc5 type r mid pipe on stock muffler. Loved the way it sounded not to loud nor was it raspy for having test pipe but when car needed to move it was loud enough in a low deep tone hmmm smoked car so may put that setup in again..

i do wanna upgrade my midpipe but what is the inlet size of our stock muffler, I wanna get a custom 2.5 mid pipe done to get rid of our skinny *** mid and wanna have my exhaust flow thru with no restriction so im hoping the inlet is 2.5..anyone know?

I'm running a Greddy evo II behind a DC race header and AEM short ram intake. It is quiet at street revs and has a nice deep sound when I put my foot into it. It doesn't sound like a 'roided-up lawn mower!

Currently running stock header to Megan midpipe to an OBX twin loop. I love the sound of the twin loop. Putting a jrsc-r on with KRRH, custom 2.5" pipe with vibrant resonator, to my OBX twin loop. Parts are on their way. I can't really see any down side to the OBX twin loop, it's quiet until you get on it, then it's just a deep growl.

im curious what size mid pipe you’ll be using with the spoon n1 exhaust? I’m currently running the same but stock mid pipe. Was gonna go 2.5”.
