air coming from oil fill hole. normal or blow-by?

guys I took my oil filler cap off while the motor was running and noticed there was air comming out but no smoke or steam. Is this normal?

Nope. Do a leak down test.

ok I will see If I can get a gauge. I did an vacuum test and it came out normal. I was told that the motor had 180 to 175 compression by the place that sold it to me.
