1990 Civic Si won't start, fuel pump not priming.
This car ran and drove 2-3 weeks ago, since then it's been on jackstands so I could change the header, downpipe, oil pan gasket, valve cover gasket. I didn't unplug anything, other than pulling the spark plug cables when I removed the valve cover.
Jumped it today, turns over fine but won't start. When I turn the key to the on position, I can hear the main relay click but I don't hear the fuel pump priming. I have three different main relays, all reflowed, all with the same result. I checked the wiring for the fuel pump and it looks fine. I also used a fuse-tester on all the fuses and they all seem to be good.
The only other thing that crossed my mind was...previously this had a PR4 ECU in it, last owner put it in there. Started, ran and drove on that ECU. Today, before jumping and trying to start the car, I swapped out the PR4 for a PM6 I bought here on HT...apparently it came from an EX 5spd, but the ECU code is correct for my car so I don't see why this would be an issue. I put the PR4 back in, still nothing. Both ECUs = motor just turns over.
What else, other than the wiring and main relay, would cause the fuel pump to not kick on? Could it have gone bad just sitting over the last 2 weeks? Any way I can test it to see if it's actually bad before removing it?

Decided to see if there was spark, and there wasn't. Removed the engine harness ground from the thermostat housing, cleaned the area, re-installed and the car started up fine.
