Hi everyone- i am new to the honda tech forum so hang with me

I just picked up a 91 integra with the b18a1 engine. engine runs strong and everything works well for the most part.

Body is a little rough but not alot of rust so the body should be a cakewalk.

here is my problem. this is my second project car ever. the first being a 92 honda civic dx with the d15. so i have never worked on any bseries engines.

been around cars since i was 15 (21 now) and have turbo'd a few.

so.... im looking for help choosing the best route.

questions

can i swap my b18a1 head for any b series head?
if so what is the best head to run for this app?
has anyone turbo'd this engine before and if so what problems might i have?

any info will be greatly appreciated even if it wasnt something asked.
also if you need any more info about my car just let me know.

1. yes any b series head will go on.
2. umm depends on the money you got. u cant just throw on a head and expect it to last. it takes money to build it correctly.
3. depends on how much boost ur runin

hey, thanks for the info.

as far as the head goes, any ideas as to what i should go with.
im not 100% sure on boost and power goals yet but i want to build something
that will withstand some good power upwords of 300hp.

i heard from a friend that a newer head would make me better off something from a b16 even? he wasnt too sure either. thats why im here.
