"92" Accord sluggish in forst gear
I have a 92 Accord DX 4cly 4 speed automatic and out of the blue it is acting as if it is towing something when in first gear. After it shifts to second it seems ok. It also seems fine if I put it in low gear.
I have recently changed the plugs and wires, dist cap, rotor, fuel filter, I think the only way to change the transmission fluid is to open the transmission up. (no drain plug.) so that hasn't been done. The transmission fluid level is fine. The car has 160 K miles and was running fine.I have no maintenance lights on (No codes) the car doesn't tach up in first it just moves slow. In neutral the engines sounds fine and tach as I would expect.
I don't have a lot of money invested in this car but don't have a lot to put into it either.
Any ideas as to what is causing the issue and what may fix it are appreciated

The "slow" go in first, only guesses. Changing parts, before or after the issue started.
As far as the drian for the trans. Right/pass side, easy to see with the tire off, there is a drain plug. The outside is round, in the center is a 3/8 square hole....put your 3/8 ractchet in and good to go.

All parts were changed a few months before issue started except the instrument cluster but that was changed a few weeks before the issue started. Thanks for the drain plug location I'll take a look. sounds like a place to start.
