if your car is pretty slammed, not just an alignment will help... Youll also need a front camber kit so they can adjust your alignment better. AND DONT GO WITH CHEAP ONES!! Look around and get some good quality ones. I heard skunk2 are good. Then youll have even wear among your front tires.

that's normal for a collar type coilover. if you were to do that with the left side it would probably do the same.
and why not raise it up first and see if it fixes your bounciness? sounds like you're on your bump stops and that is causing your horrible ride.

fixed
and so a skunk2 camburg ket is a no no
bump stops are the rubber(polyurethane) bushing that sits on the shock shaft. there's a technical purpose for them but i don't remember it right now.
skunk2 are okay. you will have problems with them if you are to low. the upper control arm will hit your shock tower, and make a dent after a while.

the rubber im talking about is on the shock shaft, the silver part in side the springs.
tire wear, it depends. you might actually have a bad bushing, like your trailing arms. wont know till you take a better look.
sooo my rear trailing arms might be bad.....
should i meess with my coil over and rais them so they dont move when i lift my car?>?????
cuz my tires wear bad on the inside how i got it sucks.....it came all stock but the suspension........
the only reason im not messin t=with the coilovers right away cuz if i life the back wouldent that jus make my front end lower????

There is NO WAY to fix the tire wear yourself. ANY time you mess with ride height, alignment changes and a 4-wheel alignment is required to fix it and prevent future excessive tire wear.
*edit* well there are ways to do a DIY alignment but it can get pretty complicated and you won't have near the accuracy as you would on a 4-wheel laser alignment rack */edit*
If you raise the spring perches to where the springs are all captured at full suspension droop, you will likely have a 4x4 ride height, depending on spring length of course. You needn't worry about uncaptured springs at full droop, because that condition almost never happens when driving the car, unless you like to do Dukes of Hazzard jumps and stuff.
What you need to do is get the ride height where you like it, get it aligned, and then DON'T MESS WITH IT. It would also be best if you replaced parts that needed replacing.
If you can't replace all the parts now, then go ahead and set your ride height and get it aligned. But just remember that you'll need another alignment when you do replace the worn out parts.

question is now how low are you in the rear? are you slammed, all around? raise all 4 corners, and if you raise it up till there is no slack (the spring doesn't move around anymore) then your looking at an almost stock height.
the springs will be loose, and it will be okay. don't worry about it. if you really want that fixed. you're going to need to buy new extended top hats, and helper springs.
more likely for you you would need helper springs. they are just a spring that will help to keep the coil spring from moving around much.
edit* and what Pat said.
thanks alot guys....yeah im not gonna mess with it and ima jus start bye new parts...i wAnted to do it anyways so ima jus save up and get it all new but what sucks is im gonna have to bye all 4 new tires......

You need to sell or return those shocks and get something better. Those shocks will blow out quickly with that much of a drop. Tokico HP shops are crap for anything more than the slightest lowering.
