Suspension question

I have a 1991 honda civic hatch back with a b18a1. And i need a ball joint replaced do i need a b18a1 ball joint or will the regular honda civic hatch ball joint work?

lol!! the engine is integra..the rest of the car i assume unless youve swapped something else too.. is still all 91 civic
