I would assume the GTX is better. This looks like some no name brand wheel. You never know though it could be better. For the amount of money they want you might as well buy a name brand wheel.
For slightly more than that, you can take your present GT3076R and have it retrofitted with a more modern billet wheel and have it properly rebalanced (That's what must happen). As long as the cartridge is in good condition (no destroyed turbine blades or contact to housings) you're good to go for under $600. you'd spend that anyway even if you bought that and sent it to someone who would allow themselves to install it.
If the wheel has the same design as the standard 3076R, you wont see any change in performance. As Shodan said, for slightly more you can have a reputable company upgrade the compressor with something proven to make power.
Those that perform this service will never sell the wheel by itself. You'll need to either buy the entire turbocharger and upgrade through them, or send your own GT30R for the upgrade. "1158" bought his direct from a facility that can perform that service. To upgrade from your own, expect to pay about $600

Sorry I'm late to the party here, but I was away for 3 weeks. I haven't been able to put the turbo on the car. My current setup is a 5bolt flange and not v-band. I have to get a new DP made. As soon as I do that, I'll make sure I post my thoughts and those of my tuner who has dealt with plenty of GT30R Hondas.
I'll say this. turbine and cartridge are the same as the GT3076R. Better aerodynamic design (combining a full-bladed wheel design with a slight angled splitter wheel, and slightly larger exducer than a standard GT30R unit. 80mm vs. 76.2)
